Your roof rack and cross bars MUST have load limit over 75kgs; Your cross bars MUST be at least 74cm-110cm apart and height is less than 4cm. Please consult your vehicle's manufacturer regarding the load limit.

Most conventional roof racks will support the tent if installed properly. However，you should check your manufacturer’s roof rack system to ensure it will support the weight of the tent. If you do not have a factory installed roof rack, we recommend after-market crossbars (such as Yakima or Thule).

Now TORUK includes white and black shell and two open sizes: 1.5x2.1m & 1.9x2.1m.

We provide 1-year warranty to the original purchaser against manufacturer defects covering workmanship, parts, and materials which fail under normal use. During this initial period TORUK will correct the issue through repair or replacement at no cost. After the first year, we will repair and/or replace parts, materials, etc. on a case-by-case basis for failures due to normal use. TORUK does not cover problems due to user error, neglect, or acts of God. We will, however, work with you to get replacement parts and help with repair where possible.

We recommend a maximum speed of 110km/h when driving with TORUK Roof Tent. Remember, you must always adhere to the legal speed limit too.

Usually the time frame we allocate is 3 weeks, if not in stock. This is dependent upon current orders already waiting completion. Under normal circumstances we can have your purchase delivered within 3 weeks from the deposit being received.

We offer a full 6 months warranty on workmanship of our products.
